The service was good! Really enjoyed beautifully maintained and well airconditioned classic king room with great king size bed, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Efficient staff, they had a shuttle to the airport. The hotel had a super central setting next to the bus stop to Pisa town.

Location having arrived at Pisa airport mid evening and needing to access the train station the next morning for an onward journey. Free internet. Friendly reception staff ... restaurant staff weren't as helpful but seemed under staffed.
Was no way 4* !! .... but adequate enough and the price should tell anyone it isnt 4*

clean rooms
breakfast could be much better f.e hot bacon and eggs, not cold and more variation/choice. A broken water pipe kept us up all night, room change only the next day. No special amends made for this great inconvenience. The new room was close to the kitchen, garage ramp and administration office.so quite loud.

In room tv very disappointing,no english speaking channels,but the Germans had 2 channels (who won the war ?). Restaurant menu boring same all week,food good quality but very expensive.
